I just placed an order; when will it ship?

Please allow 3 – 7 business days for processing and production time. Once your order is meticulously prepared and quality-checked, it will be dispatched.

How long is the shipping time?

  • Average Delivery Time: 10 – 15 business days.

Note: While most packages arrive on time, certain circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, holidays, or extreme weather) may cause delays. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we work closely with our carriers to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order with no penalty within 24 hours of creation. To cancel, please email us immediately with the subject line "CANCEL". If the order has already been processed or shipped after the 24-hour window, the cancellation cannot be applied.

I entered an incorrect address!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us immediately. We can correct the address within the first 24 hours. After this window, we are unable to redirect the package.

My item arrived damaged or defective

We take great care in packaging our items with extra padding. However, if your product arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. A clear photo/video of the damaged product.

Once verified, we will either send a replacement free of charge or process a full refund as per our policy.
