Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bazzarasil, we take pride in the quality of our curated collections. To maintain our high standards and offer the best pricing, we operate under a Final Sale policy.

General Return Policy

Please note that we do not allow returns or refunds for changes of mind, style preferences, or accidental orders. We encourage you to review product descriptions and specifications carefully before completing your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

The only exception to our "No Refund" policy is in the case of a defective or damaged product. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at helpcenter@bazzarasil.com.

To process a refund for a defective item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect.

  3. Once the defect is verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Due to our exclusive inventory and final sale policy, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is defective, a full refund will be issued, allowing you to place a new order for a replacement if you wish.

Non-Returnable Items

Aside from the defect exception, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Standard inventory items (Final Sale).

  • Sale items and gift cards.

  • Personal care goods or custom/personalized orders.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved due to a defect, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.
